Commercial Room Hire
Our spacious rooms are available on a commercial basis outside of teaching hours, offering flexibility for your business needs:
Availability:
- Tuesday to Thursday, after 5pm during term time
- All day during term breaks

- Tutoring sessions

Film and TV Location Hire
We have been a trusted partner for the Film and TV industry, offering both our large car park and campus facilities as filming locations or Unit Bases.
Aylesbury Campus Car Park
- Capacity: 330 spaces (full availability outside term time), 130 spaces during term time
- Location: Centrally located in Aylesbury (HP21 8PD), with easy access via the A418
- Facilities: Secure, well-lit, tarmac-covered, and easily adaptable for production needs
Our facilities have hosted major production companies like Warner Bros, Paramount, and Universal.
3G Football Pitch
Our state-of-the-art 3G football pitch is available to hire all year round and is popular with clubs and organisations across the local area. Open seven days a week (excluding bank holidays), the pitch offers flexible evening and weekend availability, with extended hours during holiday periods.
The pitch can be hired in three configurations to suit different formats:
- 11-a-side
- 9-a-side
- 5-a-side
It is also suitable for a range of other sports, including rugby, American football and ultimate frisbee.
Onsite parking is available, with changing rooms and shower facilities included as part of the hire.
