The Bucks 7 minute workout encourages young people aged 13-25 to take part in regular physical activity at their leisure and from wherever they are. The Bucks 7 Minute Workout is created ‘for young people, by young people’. It is a series of free workout videos that cover 8 different activities, with 5 levels of difficulty for each.

Student Union

Your Union is here to make sure nothing stands in your way.

There are a number of ways you can get involved in the Students’ Union at College:

  • Start your own club or society
  • Become a class representative
  • Volunteer to help out with SU work or at events
  • Voice your views through us
  • Get the NUS Extra card to enjoy discounts nationwide. This includes shops, cinemas, restaurants and even buses!
