2. The application of practical skills in carrying out installation and testing

Assessment:

C & G written tests of 90 minutes – 20 short answers and 1 long answer
Practical assessments marked by the Centre and monitored by C & G.

Additional Information:

Theory and written exam will be delivered over 4 days, Monday to Thursday. Practical assessment takes a further one day per student (separate day to be arranged).

You will need to be a fully qualified electrician including IEE wiring and Inspection and testing.

The qualification is the City & Guilds Certificate in Installing and Testing Domestic Photovoltaic Systems.
